Extrasensory

A redemptive story of betrayal, love and forgiveness set in the high concept of the Soviet space age. Twin brothers separated by years of animosity, brought together because of an experiment to test telepathy in space.

Director Lesley Manning & writer Stephen Volk are the team that first came together to make the seminal film Ghostwatch. It is the BBC’s highest rated single drama for 50 years. Indiewire voted Ghostwatch in the top 20 of best British Horror Films of All Time – and, interestingly, Lesley is the only female director of the entire 20.

Distributed by the BBC & trending in the top 10 on Twitter on the recent 25th anniversary of its viewing, there is a readymade fan base waiting for the second film Extrasensory. Lesley developed the script for Extrasensory with the help of Ffilm Cymru.
